"Borrowing" the Internet

Our next door neighbors let us borrow their wireless Internet from them for the past 2 years or so. They just recently moved and so did their service, so we've been without Internet for the past couple of weeks. Today we finally are reunited.....awe so nice. The last couple of weeks have been pretty eventful, I've taken a few picture and now I can't find my cable for the camera so no pictures sorry.

Jungle book

Last Friday Macy was in the Jungle book play at school. She was one of the girls that is going to fetch a pail if water. She made invitation for a few of our neighbors begging them to come and watch. Our next door neighbors are the best and came to support her.

Stitches

I had just gotten into the shower when Spencer came running up the stairs dripping blood all over the tile and screaming at the top of his lungs. He was down stairs cleaning his room and dropped and broke his night light on his race track. He tried to pick it up and cut his pinkie pretty bad. We had to take him to the ER to get 8 stitches. He was a little comedian at the doctor's office. When we walked into the ER the nurse asked him what he did. Spencer said, "I cut my finger on a freakin light bulb." On the way in the car he was really stressed and I asked him what was wrong and he said, "Is all my blood going to run out of me?" The doctor starts stitching his finger and Spencer asked him why he was putting a rope in his finger. Spencer was fascinated with what the doctor was doing and watching every move he made. The doctor had to cut a little flap of skin off of his finger and Spencer asked him, "What the heck are you doing?"
As soon as Spencer's finger was numb he went from very thoughtful and quiet to a little chatter box who asked the doctor about a thousand questions. It's just a good thing that he was a really nice guy and didn't get annoyed by a fascinated little boy.

Grandma's passing

My grandma Holden, who I loved so much passed away on Monday. She had been pretty sick for about a week and just couldn't get better. She also had Alzheimer's disease for about 10 years. She was an awesome woman who was a great example to me and I'll miss her a lot. I will up date on this a bit more after her funeral. I am happy that I will be able to visit Blanding again. I haven't been home for about 5 years and am excited to see some of my friends that live down there.

It sounds like you have had a busy time. I am like you and wonder what I ever did without the internet. Sorry to here about your grandma. I would like to meet up with you, but we don't fly into Phoenix until Sunday night and won't be to Blanding until Monday.

You know I think that counts as internet theft! Just kidding! I did ask Aundrea why you weren't blogging and if all was well. I just couldn't understand why one wouldn't embrace the Blogging world the way we have =)!

I am sorry ti hear of your grandma's passing. I do however hope you are enjoying family!
